TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is: Le Warehouse Ltd whose registered office is at Jackaria Street, Pailles trading under 361.
2. By participating in this sweepstakes game, you are accepting the fact that 361 may use your details for its own personal marketing services.
3. Closing date for entry will be Saturday 5th June 2023 at 11.59 PM. After this date no further entries to the sweepstakes game will be permitted.
4. The prize is as follow: TCL MINI LED TELEVISION 55" WORTH Rs 64, 990. ONE WINNER PER WEEK FROM 12th MAY TILL 5th JUNE
5. The rules of the sweepstakes game are as below:
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter the sweepstakes game.
- You need to be a Mauritian citizen and/or resident to participate.
- You need to purchase any TCL item in any 361 stores or on www.361.mu from 12th May 2023 to 5th June 2023 to be eligible to participate. You can enter the sweepstakes game with one entry per invoice.
6. This lottery has been validated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority.
7. Le Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes game along with the terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the 361’s control. Any changes to the sweepstakes game will be notified to participants as soon as possible by 361.
8. Le Warehouse Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this sweepstakes game.
9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to Terms & Conditions. Le Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winner will be chosen at random by Le Warehouse Ltd from all entries received.
11. The Winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 7 working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim his/her prize within 5 days of notification, Le Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner. The Winner will need to present his/her ID card and original invoice to claim the prize.
12. Le Warehouse Ltd will notify the Winner when and where the prize can be collected.
13. By entering this sweepstakes game, the participants agreed and are bound by Terms and Conditions.
14. The Winner agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with the data protection Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participants’ prior consent.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Le Warehouse Ltd, and not to any other party.
16. Employees of Le Warehouse Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the sweepstakes game or helping to set up the sweepstakes game shall not be permitted to enter the sweepstakes game.
