Cerise offers unlimited repairs within the extended warranty period. It covers structural, electrical, and manufacturing defects.
FREE TRANSPORT
Free transport is provided for products above 30kg or and for TV sets bigger than 32".
FREE SPARE PART
FREE spare parts is provided on structural, electrical, and manufacturing defects.
FREE LABOUR
In case your product shows structural, electrical, or manufacturing defects, your product is repaired free of charge.
REPLACEMENT
Where the product cannot be repaired within 10 days for any valid reasons, another product is provided on loan or a replacement product with similar specifications is provided.
DISCOUNT VOUCHER
If the warranty is unused upon expiry of the extended warranty, that is, no repairs or replacement was provided during the extended warranty period, a voucher is offered to the customer.
