1. Organizer
This promotion is organized by 361, a leading home appliances and electronics retailer in Mauritius.
2. Campaign Overview
Customers purchasing Samsung consumer electronic goods (including televisions, refrigerators and washing machines) at any 361 outlet or online during the campaign period will be eligible to participate in a lucky draw.
One (1) winner will be selected per day, with each winner receiving a 2-night all-inclusive stay for 2 persons at Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort (5★).
3. Campaign Dates
• Start Date: 12 December 2025
• End Date: 12 January 2026
• 01 January 2026 (the store will be closed; therefore, no entries will be issued or recorded on this date)
4. Eligibility Criteria
4.1 Eligible participants:
• All customers purchasing Samsung consumer electronic products (TVs, refrigerators and washing machines) at 361 stores or on 361.mu during the campaign period.
4.2 Not eligible:
• Employees of Le Warehouse Ltd (including subsidiaries and associated companies)
4.3 Conditions:
• Participants must provide accurate personal contact details at the time of purchase.
5. How to Enter
• Each entry into the lucky draw is based strictly on the invoice.
✔ One (1) eligible invoice = one (1) entry
✔ Multiple entries possible only with multiple invoices
❌ Multiple Samsung items on the same invoice do not generate multiple entries.
• Customers must retain their original invoice, which will be required for prize redemption.
6. Prize Details
Each daily winner will receive:
• A 2-night stay for 2 persons
• All-inclusive basis
• At Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort (5★)
• Stay period: 15 January 2026 to 15 July 2026
o Bookings subject to hotel availability
o Winner must arrange booking directly with TicketBox
Prize Voucher
• Winners will be issued an official prize voucher from TicketBox.
• Winners must liaise directly with TicketBox to confirm and book their stay.
Prize Conditions
• Prize is non-transferable
• Prize is non-exchangeable
• Prize is not redeemable for cash
• As per GRA regulations, the prize must be used by the selected winner only
7. Lucky Draw Procedure
Although a daily winner is allocated, official draws will take place in batches as follows:
• Tuesday, 16 December 2025
• Tuesday, 23 December 2025
• Tuesday, 30 December 2025
• Tuesday, 13 January 2026
Draw venue: Mauritius Turf Club
• Draws will include all valid entries accumulated since the previous draw batch.
• All draws will be conducted according to Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) procedures.
• Draws will be supervised, documented, and archived as per GRA requirements.
8. Winner Notification
• Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided at purchase.
9. Prize Redemption
To redeem the prize, the winner must personally present:
- Valid National ID
- Original invoice
- Any additional documentation required for verification
After verification:
• The winner will receive the TicketBox prize voucher
• Photos will be taken during the handover for marketing and publicity purposes
10. Publicity & Image Rights
By accepting the prize, winners agree that their name, photographs, and images captured during prize handover may be used by 361 and Samsung for marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, unless prohibited by law.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the campaign will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Mauritius and will be used solely for administering the promotion.
12. General Conditions
• 361 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to approval by the GRA.
• 361 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or incident arising from participation or use of the prize.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.
13. Regulatory Compliance
This promotion is registered with and approved by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). All operations, draws, and reporting obligations will be executed in line with GRA requirements.
